Services

Everything that puts you in front of a buyer.

Organic, local, AI, paid, and the site it all runs on. Take one or take the whole stack.

01 / Organic

SEO

Technical fixes, site structure, content, and authority building. The long game that keeps producing leads after you stop paying for clicks.

02 / Maps

Local SEO

Google Business Profile, map pack rankings, reviews, citations, and service-area pages for every town you actually serve.

03 / Generative

AI & GEO Search

Tracking whether ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI Overviews name your business — and building the content that gets you cited.

04 / Paid

Google & Bing Ads

Search campaigns that fill the gap while organic builds. Managed against actual cost per lead, and scaled back deliberately as organic takes over.

05 / Build

Website Design

Fast, search-ready sites built to convert the traffic everything else is sending you. Structured for the terms you need to win from day one.

Coverage

Based in Elk River. Ranking the towns around it.

Local search rewards proximity. A business here competing against metro agencies has a structural advantage — and so do the clients working with someone who’s actually here.

Not on the list? The work travels — ecommerce clients sell nationwide. Local just means I can be there in person.

What to expect

Faster than you've been told.

It depends on your site.

Most agencies quote everyone the same three-to-six months. That’s a hedge, not an answer.

Weeks 1–2

Fix what's broken

Technical problems, site structure, your Google Business Profile. Most sites carry issues that have quietly capped them for years.

Weeks 2–8

Rankings move

Where you land in that range is mostly about your domain. An established site responds in weeks. A new one has to earn trust first.

Month 1 onward

It compounds

Each piece builds on the last. Rankings hold without constant spend, and paid budget can start coming down.

The honest caveat: an older domain with authority can move in a couple of weeks. A brand-new site takes longer no matter who you hire. I’ll tell you which one you are on the first call.

Reporting

You'll never wonder what I'm doing.

Most agencies send a PDF at the end of the month full of numbers that don’t mean anything. You get a plan every Monday and a full picture every month.

Every Monday

Weekly plan & report

The three or four highest-impact things to do this week, each pulled from what actually moved on your site.

  • Keywords that dropped, and keywords about to hit page one
  • Pages getting impressions but no clicks
  • Competitors gaining ground, or losing it
  • Changes in how AI engines describe you
  • Lost backlinks and content going stale

First of the month

Monthly plan & report

The wider view: what changed, what it produced, and what’s queued for the month ahead — including the content calendar.

  • Plain-language summary of where the month landed
  • Week-over-week trends across keywords and pages
  • Conversions and leads, tied back to specific pages
  • AI visibility over time, not just a snapshot
  • A log of every change made, so nothing is a mystery

Both arrive automatically and both print clean as PDFs. If a number moves the wrong way, it shows up in Monday’s plan — not in a report four weeks later.

Straight talk

Not the right call for everyone.

Worth a conversation

  • Local service business, or ecommerce with real volume
  • You’d rather own leads than rent them forever
  • You want ads running while organic builds
  • You want to know what every dollar returned

Probably not a fit

  • You want to buy links or game the rankings
  • You’re shopping purely on price
  • You want a dashboard nobody opens
  • You expect page one in thirty days
